Pumpkin Soup Flavored With Oregano And Hot Pepper

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, minced
  Chicken stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pumpkin 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), pureed, cooked
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pumpkin seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
Directions

MAKING
1) In a 2-quart saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of chicken stock and cook the onions in it till tender.
2) Pour in the rest of the stock, pureed pumpkin, oregano, hot pepper sauce and cook on low flame for about 15 minutes.

SERVING
3) Garnish the pumpkin soup with toasted pumpkin seeds and serve hot.
