Shrimp Pumpkin Soup
|Raw shrimp||1⁄2 Pound, shelled and deveined|
|Beef broth||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Anchovy paste||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Onions||2 , thinly sliced|
|Sliced pumpkin/Squash||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Dried ground chili peppers||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Chop the pumpkin and the shrimp
2. Combine the shrimp with the beef broth, anchovy paste, garlic, and onions.
3. Place on heat and heat gently till boiling
4. Add the pumpkin cubes, salt, and chili peppers and simmer till the pumpkin is soft.
5. Serve hot immediately
