Cold Avocado Soup

Ingredients
  Avocados 2 Medium
  Lime juice/Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fat free chicken consomme 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Use Cold)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Light cream/Sour cream - 1/2 cup and light cream - 1/2 cup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1) Cut the avocados, pit them and spoon out the flesh.
2) Now put the avocados in a blender with all the other ingredients leaving the paprika.
3) Process until a mixture of smooth consistency forms.
4) Refrigerate covered for 1 hour or longer.

SERVING
5) Serve chilled.
