Cream Of Vegetable Soup With Bacon

|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cubed potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1/2 Inch Cubes)|
|Thinly sliced carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable juice cocktail||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen green peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
Combine bacon, celery and onion in 5-quart casserole.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until bacon is crisp and vegetables are tender, 4 to 6 minutes.
Add potatoes, carrots and 1/4 cup water; cover.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until potatoes are tender, 12 to 15 minutes, stirring after half the cooking time.
Blend in flour.
Stir in vegetable juice, 2 cups water, the green peas, salt and pepper.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until soup is slightly thickened and peas are heated through, 8 to 10 minutes, stirring after half the cooking time.
