|Celery leaves||7 1⁄2 Cup (120 tbs), chopped|
|Rice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1)Take a saucepan and add celery, rice, onion, salt, pepper and 3 1/2 cups water and bring to boil.
2)Decrease heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
3)Then, add milk and butter and heat until butter is melted.
4)Pour the soup in soup bowl and serve immediately.
