Celery-Rice Soup

Celery rice soup is an extremely healthy meal option. Soups are often considered as appetizers but this soup makes a mini meal in itself.It Celery rice soup has goodness of celery and rice makes it filling.
Ingredients
  Celery leaves 7 1⁄2 Cup (120 tbs), chopped
  Rice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)Take a saucepan and add celery, rice, onion, salt, pepper and 3 1/2 cups water and bring to boil.
2)Decrease heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
3)Then, add milk and butter and heat until butter is melted.

SERVING
4)Pour the soup in soup bowl and serve immediately.
