Somen And Cucumber Soup

Ingredients
  Somen noodles 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Gram, 16 Pieces)
  Cucumber 1⁄4
  Primary bonito stock 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Cook noodles.
2. Peel and seed cucumber. Cut crosswise into thin slices.
3. Bring bonito stock to a boil. Add salt and soy sauce. While stock is heating, preheat soup bowls, place cooked noodles in bottom of bowl, and distribute cucumber rounds on top. Add hot stock and serve.
