Quick Fix Turkey And Rice Soup
|Chicken broth||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Snipped fresh rosemary/1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed||1 Teaspoon|
|Frozen mixed vegetables||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Instant white rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped cooked turkey/Chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||14 1⁄2 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)|
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven combine broth, water, rosemary, and pepper.
Bring to boiling.
Stir in mixed vegetables and rice.
Return to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables and rice are tender.
Stir in turkey or chicken and undrained tomatoes.
