Quick Fix Turkey And Rice Soup

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Snipped fresh rosemary/1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen mixed vegetables 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Instant white rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped cooked turkey/Chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)
Directions

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven combine broth, water, rosemary, and pepper.
Bring to boiling.
Stir in mixed vegetables and rice.
Return to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables and rice are tender.
Stir in turkey or chicken and undrained tomatoes.
Heat through.
