Zucchini Soup

Ingredients
  Zucchini 1 Pound
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken broth 8 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut or dice, zucchini, about 4 cups. Do not peel.

MAKING
2) Allow zucchini to cook slightly and process in a blender to mash or puree.
3) Mix in rest of the ingredients and heat the mixture slowly until hot.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
