Ingredients
  Boneless turkey breast 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Chicken bouillon cubes 2
  Chicken bouillon cube 2
  Diced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 20 Ounce (1 Can)
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Pot barley 5 Tablespoon
  Canned tomato 20 Ounce
  Barley 5 Tablespoon
  Lentils 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rice 2 Tablespoon
  Lentil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fine noodles 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried mixed vegetables flakes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried mixed vegetable 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pot combine all the ingredients and simmer for about 2 hours until barley is tender.

SERVING
2. Serve cold.
3. Alternately serve hot immediately or prepare in advance, freeze, reheat and serve.
