New Zealand Corn Soup
|Milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Creamed corn||1 Can (10 oz)|
1. In a pan fry chopped bacon until crisp, add butter and saute onion.
2. Stir in flour and as the mixture is frothy gradually add milk.
3. Let it cook until thick and comes to a boil.
4. Adding corn, bring to a boil and add seasonings.
5. To garnish add a good pinch of parsley optionally and serve.
