Cream Of Watercress Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped watercress 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light cream 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  White wine 2 Tablespoon
  Watercress leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm) (For Garnish)
Directions

In a saucepan, melt butter; saute watercress for 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in broth, cream and wine.
Heat to steaming, or chill for a cold soup.
Serve garnished with sour cream.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
