Cream Of Watercress Soup
|Chopped watercress||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light cream||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|White wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Watercress leaves||1 Bunch (100 gm) (For Garnish)|
In a saucepan, melt butter; saute watercress for 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in broth, cream and wine.
Heat to steaming, or chill for a cold soup.
Serve garnished with sour cream.
