Curried Pea Soup

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Frozen green peas 10 Ounce (Thawed)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Set aside 1 cup chicken broth.
Combine remaining ingredients in blender or processor and whirl until smooth.
In stockpot, combine puree and reserved chicken broth and heat to steaming.
Makes 4 servings.
