Lentil Soup

Ingredients
  Lentils 2 Cup (32 tbs), soaked overnight and drained
  Chicken stock/Turkey stock 2 Quart
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Turnip 1 , minced
  Celery rib 1 , minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced or crushed
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Pork sausage 1 Pound, cooked, crumbled and drained
Directions

In a Dutch oven, combine all ingredients except sausage.
Bring to a boil; reduce heatandsimmer for 2 hours.
Add sausage and simmer an additional 1 hour.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
