Avocado And Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 3 Medium
  Vegetable stock/Chicken stock 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion juice 2 Teaspoon, grated, strained
  Tomato puree 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (To Taste)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Remove the seeds and skin from the avocados.
Mash the flesh in a large bowl.
Whisk in the stock, cream, onion juice, tomato puree, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper and, if wished, more lemon juice, and chill before serving.
