Tomato Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  Mixed vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
  Frozen mixed vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Loose Pack)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Quick cooking rice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato juice cocktail 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Tomatoes 17 1⁄2 Ounce, cut
  Canned tomatoes 17 1⁄2 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Bouillon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a 1 1/2-quart casserole add vegetables, water, and rice.
2) Follow package microwave directions to cook the vegetables.
3) Add tomato juice cocktail, undrained tomatoes, sugar, basil, and bouillon granules.
4) Cook covered on 100% power (high) for 3 to 4 minutes stirring once.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
