Cream Of Celery Soup
|Celery leaves||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Chicken stock||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onion||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Bean sprouts||1 Can (10 oz)|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pepper white||1 Dash|
1)In a saucepan, add celery, chicken stock and 2 cups boiling water and simmer until celery is tender.
2)In a pan, heat butter and sauté onion.
3)Add flour and stir for few seconds, then add milk and cook until thick. Keep stirring.
4)Add celery mixture and cream and seasoning.
5)Using an electric blender blend until smooth.
6)Reheat the soup before serving.
