Cold Buttermilk Soup
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Strawberry jam||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a bowl, add the egg yolks and beat till thick and light yellow in color.
2) Add sugar, little at a time, beating after each addition.
3) Gently fold in the buttermilk and lemon juice.
5) Top with whipped cream, almonds, and strawberry jam.
