Blueberry And Orange Soup With Yogurt

Ingredients
  Blueberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  All spice 1 Dash
  Orange slices 1 , halved
  Nutmeg 1 Dash, freshly grated
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender, add in blueberries, orange juice, all spice, nutmeg and blend on low speed.
2) Pour the smooth mixture into a bowl and serve chilled.

SERVING
3) Ladle the chilled blueberry soup into 2 bowls and serve a dollop of yogurt in the centre of each bowl.
4) Garnish with an orange slice each.
