Rich Hototay Soup

Ingredients
  Pork 1⁄2 Pound, sliced thinly
  Boiled chicken 1⁄2 Pound, shredded
  Pig liver 1⁄4 Pound, sliced thinly
  Chicken stock 6 Cup (96 tbs) (Or Broth)
  Napa cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Shiitake mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped (Fresh Ones)
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Green onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Minced garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Raw eggs 4
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil in a cooking pot.

Saute garlic and onion.

When the onion becomes soft, add the pork and cook until the color turns light brown.

Put-in the chicken and liver, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Pour-in the chicken stock or chicken broth. Let boil and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes.

Add carrots and mushroom. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.

Put-in the Napa cabbage, salt, and ground black pepper. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.

Turn off heat, and then transfer to individual serving bowls.

Crack and place one egg per bowl. Sprinkle green onions on top to garnish.

Serve hot.Share and enjoy!
