Creamy Tomato Corn Soup
|Canned stewed tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), slightly pureed|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen whole kernel corn||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Half-and-half||2 Tablespoon, blend of milk and cream|
|Whipped butter||1 Tablespoon|
1. Take a single quart microwavable casserole and add tomatoes, milk, and corn in it. Mix well and microwave on Medium 50% for 5 minutes. Make sure that the corn is heated well.
2. Now, add in the rest of the ingredients and stir. Microwave for another 2 minutes on Medium.
3. Allow flavors to blend for 3 minutes.
