Hearty Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
  Carrots 3 Medium, halved and sliced thinly
  Celery ribs 2 , thinly sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Canned black beans 20 Ounce, drained and rinsed (1 Can)
  Canned chicken broth 29 Ounce (2 Cans Of 14 1/2-Ounces Each)
  Canned crushed tomatoes 15 Ounce (1 Can Of 15 Ounces Each)
  Dried basil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, combine together all the ingredients.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 9 to 10 hours.

SERVING
3) Serve as preferred.
