Leftover Turkey Soup

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Turkey 3 Cup (48 tbs), diced
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Leftover gravy/Combination of leftover gravy and chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan saute onion and celery in oil until translucent.
2. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients, adding gravy and/or broth until of the consistency you want.
3. With cover, cook on Low for at least 2-3 hours or until heated through.

SERVING
4. Serve as desired.
