Leftover Turkey Soup
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Turkey||3 Cup (48 tbs), diced|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
|Leftover gravy/Combination of leftover gravy and chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In a saucepan saute onion and celery in oil until translucent.
2. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients, adding gravy and/or broth until of the consistency you want.
3. With cover, cook on Low for at least 2-3 hours or until heated through.
4. Serve as desired.
