Frances' Hearty Vegetable Soup

|Potatoes||2 , peeled and cubed|
|Onions||2 , sliced|
|Celery ribs||3 , sliced|
|Carrots||2 , sliced|
|Beef bouillon cubes||3|
|Basil||1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried|
|Oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried|
|Frozen mixed vegetables/Your choice of frozen vegetables||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1. In slow cooker combine first 3 ingredients and cook with cover on High for 6 hours.
2. Adding the remaining ingredients cook with cover on High for 2 hours more such that meat and vegetables are tender.
3. Serve as desired.
