Frances' Hearty Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 , peeled and cubed
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Celery ribs 3 , sliced
  Carrots 2 , sliced
  Beef bouillon cubes 3
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen mixed vegetables/Your choice of frozen vegetables 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In slow cooker combine first 3 ingredients and cook with cover on High for 6 hours.
2. Adding the remaining ingredients cook with cover on High for 2 hours more such that meat and vegetables are tender.

SERVING
3. Serve as desired.
