Cream Of Mushroom Soup
|Fresh mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Onion powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chicken broth||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a 2-quart casserole, mix the mushrooms, broth and seasonings together.
2) Cook in the microwave for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring once
3) Stir in the cream and cook for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
4) Serve immediately in individual serving bowls
