|Evaporated milk||13 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chives||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
1) In a slow cooker, combine together all the ingredients except for the chives and milk.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 10 to 12 hours. Alternatively, the preparation can also be cooked over high heat for 3 to 4 hours. During the final cooking hour, add the milk and stir well.
3) Serve hot after garnishing with chives.
