1. Heat broth starter.
2. Separate meat from neck bones/ chop organ pieces & return to broth starter.
3. Add refrigerated skimmed drippings & simmer until drippings are non gelatinous.
4. Add 6 cups water, bring to a boil & add 3 bouillon cubes.
5. Add potatoes, onions, carrots & return to boil.
6. Add 2 cups wild rice & simmer for 1 hr. covered.
7. Add bacon, sausage, turkey meat, celery, mushrooms, garlic & simmer 1-2 hrs. covered.
