Ingredients
  Stewing beef cubes 1 Pound
  Soup bones 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Soup bone 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Cold water 1 1⁄2 Quart
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Diced celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), diced
  Carrots 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), diced
  Diced carrots 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Potatoes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), diced
  Diced potatoes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Diced onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), diced
  Frozen mixed vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped, dried
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In slow cooker place all ingredients and cook with cover on Low for 8-10 hours.

SERVING
2. To serve remove the bone.
