Chicken Noodle Soup

|Hot water||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Chicken bouillon granules/2 chicken bouillon cubes, 2 tablespoon||2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken broth||46 Ounce (Can)|
|Chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked|
|Noodles||4 Cup (64 tbs), uncooked (Homestyle)|
|Celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), thinly sliced (Lightly Pre-Cooked In Microwave)|
|Carrots||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), shredded or chopped|
1. In water dissolve bouillon and pour into slow cooker.
2. In the cooker, mix in the remaining ingredients well.
3. Cook with cover on Low for 4-6 hours.
4. Serve as desired.
