|Mushroom soup mix envelope||1|
|Tomato juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1. Empty soup mix into saucepan and mix well with the water, tomato juice and onion. Cover and bring to the boil while stirring occasionally. Simmer till the mixture reduces and then cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Add milk in the last ten minutes and then heat through.
3. Serve hot
