Hamburger Soup With Barley

Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound, ground
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Beef consomme 56 Ounce (3 Can)
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce, diced or crushed (1 can)
  Carrots 3 , sliced
  Celery ribs 3 , sliced
  Barley 8 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, brown beef and onion and drain.
2. In slow cooker combine all ingredients and cook with cover on High for 3 hours, or Low 6-8 hours.

SERVING
3. Serve as desired.
