Dottie's Creamy Steak Soup

Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound, ground
  Onion 1⁄2 Large, chopped
  Canned v 8 vegetable juice 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Potatoes 3 Medium, diced
  Cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce
  Cream of celery soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Mixed vegetables/Your choice of frozen vegetable 16 Ounce, frozen
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In skillet saute beef and onions and drain.
2. In slow cooker combine all ingredients and cook with cover on Low 8-10 hours.

SERVING
3. Serve as desired
