Kim's Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
  Beef shanks/Beef short ribs 2 Pound
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Carrots 2 , sliced
  Celery ribs 3 , sliced
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Potatoes 2 Medium, chopped
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Whole peppercorns 6
  Beef bouillon cubes 5
  Frozen mixed vegetables/Its equivalent of your favorite fresh vegetables 10 Ounce (1 Package Or Can)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients to mix well and cook with cover on Low for 12-14 hours or on High for 4-6 hours.

SERVING
2. Serve as desired.
