|Beef shanks/Beef short ribs||2 Pound|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Carrots||2 , sliced|
|Celery ribs||3 , sliced|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Potatoes||2 Medium, chopped|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Beef bouillon cubes||5|
|Frozen mixed vegetables/Its equivalent of your favorite fresh vegetables||10 Ounce (1 Package Or Can)|
1. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients to mix well and cook with cover on Low for 12-14 hours or on High for 4-6 hours.
2. Serve as desired.
