Savory Cheese Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Processed cheese 1 Pound, cubed
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In top of double boiler melt butter.
2. Add onions and cook until tender.
3. Add cheese and milk and heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese melts.
4. Add salt, mustard and paprika.

SERVING
5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
