Ingredients
  Lentils 4 Ounce
  Stock 2 Pint (Water)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Ounce
  Onion 1 , peeled and finely chopped
  Flour 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a pan soak lentils in water for a night.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan melt fat and fry onion and fry for 5 minutes till soft.
3) Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
4) Add the soaked lentils stock and salt. Boil, lower the heat and simmer gently for 1 1/2 hours.
5) When lentils are cooked take the pan off heat and pass through sieve.
6) Put the saucepan and reheat.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
