Carrot Lemon Soup

Ingredients
  Diced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dole)
  Canned chicken broth 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Half and half 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan mix in carrots, chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon peel and sugar.
2. Cook such that the carrots are tender, 10 to 12 minutes.
3. Puree using a blender and stir in half-and-half.
