|Romaine lettuce||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen And Broken In Pieces)|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green food coloring||1 (Optional)|
1) In a pan, saute the onion and garlic in butter until soft. Alternately, cook in the microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
2) In a blender or food processor, add the onion mixture, salt, curry powder and Romaine leaves and puree.
3) Mix the pureed mixture and chicken stock together and simmer for 10 minutes. Alternately, cook in the microwave on HIGH for 2-4 minutes.
4) Add the whipping cream and 1-2 drops green food coloring, if desired and serve immediately.
