Ingredients
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm)
  Butter/Olive oil 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Gram)
  81% extraction flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Pint (570 Milliliter)
  Vegetable stock 1 Pint (570 Milliliter)
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Sage sprig 1
  Sea salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Pulp the garlic with a press and fry gently in the butter or oil. After a few minutes add the flour and slowly stir in the milk.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Check the seasoning and serve very hot, either alone or with cheese.
