Spicy Onion Gratin Soup

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Onions 3 , sliced
  Beef bouillon cubes 3
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  French bread slice 1 , toasted
  Parmesan cheese 8 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

Grease a casserole.
Cook sliced onion in it 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Dissolve bouillon in water.
Mix together dissolved bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg, paprika, pepper and white wine in the casserole.
Cook, covered, 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Pour a quarter of the bouillon soup into a soup dish.
Place a quarter of the toasted bread in it.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
Cook 2 dishes at a time 30 seconds.
