Omelette And Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  Niwan dasi 1 Liter
  Mushrooms 30 Gram (Green Variety)
  Dried mushroom 30 Gram
  Sesame oil 30 Milliliter
  Green onion 1
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Garlic flakes 4
  Bamboo shoot 30 Gram
  Egg 2
  Green chili 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1)Boil and chop dry mushroom. Reserve mushrooms and stock.
2)Slice the green mushroom.
3)Slice green onion, chilli, garlic and lemon rind.
4)In a sauce pan, heat sesame oil and stir fry garlic, onion, chilli for 5 minutes.
5)Transfer into stock and boil for 15 min. Now add in lemon rind, soya sauce, bamboo shoot, salt, lemon juice and pepper. Continue to cook for a another 5 minutes.

SERVING
6)Serve hot.
