Easy Santa Fe Soup

Santa Fe Soup has the look and texture of a chili but with more of a south western flavor.
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped finely
  Ranch dip seasoning 2 Packet
  Taco seasoning mix 2 Packet
  Canned kidney beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Diced tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Rotel tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned black beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned pinto beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Shoepeg corn 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING:
1)In large pot over medium heat, brown ground beef and onion. Drain off excess liquid.
2)Add ranch and taco seasoning. Mix into ground beef.
3)Add the remaining canned ingredients and stir. Simmer for approximately 2 hours.

SERVING:
4)Served best with a topping of cheddar cheese and sour cream.
