Ingredients
  Fish 3 Cup (48 tbs), boned and cubed (Raw)
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  White onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Lime/Lemon 1 , chopped fine
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped fine
  Dried parsley/1 cup fresh parsley, chopped 2 Tablespoon
  Crabmeat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Crawfish 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oysters 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Louisiana hot sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine all of the vegetables and cover with about 1 inch water.
Boil until tender.
Add the fish and seafood.
Bring to boil, then simmer until done.
