Low Calorie Onion Soup Dip

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce
  Skim milk cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry onion soup mix 3 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In medium bowl, combine yogurt,parsley and cottage cheese until well blended. Stir in soup mix and chili powder.
2. Refrigerate dip, covered, 3 hours, to chill well and to let flavor develop.
3. Arrange on tray with crackers. Makes 2 cups dip; 13 calories per tablespoon.
