Chilled Tomato Chilli Soup

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Large, skinned, seeded and quartered
  Spring onions 2 , chopped (Green)
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Ice cubes 2
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Blend all the ingredients together until smooth except ice cubes and chives.
2) Check seasoning and chill.

SERVING
3) Garnish with chopped chives and serve with ice cubes.
4) To add a zing to it, you may add a scoop of sour cream or creme fraiche.
