Hot And Sour Soup
|Chicken broth/Stock||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Chinese egg noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||2 Teaspoon|
1) In a saucepan, combine the chicken broth, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, finely chopped onion and seasoned salt, then allow to boil.
2) Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
3) Alternately, cook in the microwave on HIGH for 3-5 minutes, then over MEDIUM for further 3 minutes.
4) Laddle into nice soup bowls and serve immediately.
