Ingredients
  Beef broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Combine beef broth, onion, and celery powder.
Cook for 3 minutes in a bowl.
Add cheese, stirring well to blend.
Cook for 30 seconds, or until cheese is melted.
Stir well before serving.
Sprinkle parsley or paprika on top if desired.
