Chilled Avocado Soup

Ingredients
  Avocado 1
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Chives 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Put avocado, consomme and sour cream in blender and whirl.
Season to taste with salt, chili powder, cayenne and grated onions.
Chill.
Garnish with chives at serving time.
Serves 4.
