Wor Won Ton Soup
|Shrimp||115 Gram, peeled and deveined|
|Lean pork||115 Gram, ground|
|Green onions||3 , chopped|
|Soya sauce||30 Milliliter|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Spice blend||1 Milliliter|
|Wonton wrappers||115 Milliliter|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Liter|
|Chives||3 , chopped|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Broccoli florets||250 Milliliter|
|Button mushrooms||250 Milliliter|
|Carrots||125 Milliliter, sliced|
|Large shrimp||115 Gram, deveined|
In a food processor, place the small shrimp, pork, green onions, soya sauce, garlic, spice and salt.
Process for 1 minute.
Place a small amount of the mixture on a won ton wrapper.
Brush with water, fold over into a triangle.
Pull the three corners together and press to seal.
Repeat until all mixture is used.
Place the broth into a large pot and bring to a boil.
Add the won tons and cook for 6 minutes.
Add the rernaining ingredients and continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve at once.
