Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Medium, diced:
  Onion 1 Medium, diced:
  Carrot 1 Large, diced:
  Celery stalks 1 , diced:
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , diced:
  White beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced:
Directions

Cover with water and boil for 25-30 minutes.
Leave water (Do not drain).
Add 1 can stewed tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir and cook for 20 minutes.
