Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  Carrot 2 Medium
  Cabbage 200 Gram
  Beans 100 Gram
  Capsicum 100 Gram
  Ginger garlic paste 2 Teaspoon (Fine)
  Cornflour 40 Gram
  Ajino-moto 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  White pepper To Taste
  Vegetable stock/Water 3 1⁄2 Liter
  Butter 50 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1)Peel and wash carrot. Cut all vegetables.
2)In a saucepan, boil water and add in vegetables and ginger garlic paste.
3)Add in cornflour mixed in cool water to the saucepan. Season with salt, ajinomoto and white pepper after 2 minutes. Check if soup is thick enough and remove from flame or heat.

SERVING
4)Serve soup hot with butter.
