Grandma's Cabbage Soup
|Shredded cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Uncooked instant rice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Canned chicken broth||16 Ounce (2 Cups, 1 Can, Healthy Request)|
|Hot water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Cup, 1 Can, Hunt'S)|
|Shredded carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||16 Ounce, chopped (Undrained, 2 Cups, 1 Can)|
|Splenda/Sugar twin||1 Tablespoon (Pourable)|
|Dried dill weed||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine cabbage, uncooked rice, chicken broth, water, and tomato sauce.
Stir in carrots and onion.
Add undrained tomatoes, Splenda, dill weed, and black pepper.
Mix well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
